Note to Lead Pastor: Reproduction, storage or transmittal by any means, of any proprietary image or text on the website, ChurchWithoutWalls.com, whole or in part, is prohibited except for use by the host Lead Pastor (and/or delegate) at his/her Local Church for the Stand and Tell Revival Campaign as well as its preparation and follow-up. For best results, please cut/paste/copy the content of the nine links below (click buttons to access) at least three days before the Symposium. By then, you may know approximately how many will be attending (via pre-registration, survey, etc.). When printing, you may use whatever design, color, font and character size you wish; however, do not edit the page or folder composition. Compile a folder for each symposium attendee. Make sure each folder has the entire content of all nine links below. Also, please have a ream of blank sheets of paper available for anyone that may need more room to write their insights and answers. Distribute these folders during the Symposium Registration and Group Assignment.
Please plan refreeshments for breaks between plenary sessions and lunch midday.
Please make sure computer/projection equipment (or equivalent) is accessible wherever/whenever the symposium needs it and that it can accommodate a USB Flash Drive (for MP4 and JPG files). A lapel mic (or equivalent) for Dr. Jacob and mobile mics for audience participation are appreciated. A Sight & Sound Tech Guide link (yellow/green) is provided below to cut/paste/copy/print/distribute to all concerned.

Agenda Instructions:
At the time of registration, each attendee will be assigned to one of six groups that will hang out together throughout the day. These groups will be gathered together for the six morning plenary sessions; during this time, each group will be asked to focus on the content of one of the six sessions; each group member will be asked to write down insights (on the related worksheet in their folder) to dialogue about and present in the afternoon.
Throughout lunch-time and during the dialogue session, each group will meet separately from the other groups and address the question,
"For the sake of God, our congregation, and our community,
what's the next step(s) for our Local Church
to become the House of Prayer God wants us to be?"
The members of each group will be asked to share with each other their insights (they wrote down on their worksheets) about the particular session's content they were asked to focus on during the morning plenary sessions. Then, the groups will come back together to listen to a spokesperson, elected by each group, present a 10-minute (or less) summary (with Q&A if time permits) of their earlier group dialogue experience.
