The human spirit was created to: awaken the mind, inspire the soul, and energize the body to the glory of God. Yes, God conceived a new creation, humanity, made in God's image and fashioned according to God's likeness. God created them male and female, reflecting God's own relational richness. God's creation included a resourceful human spirit of resilience, capable to be trustees of God's estate. (Genesis 1:27-29) [VOICE].

 

The human spirit can endure a long illness, but who can survive a human spirit crushed by sin and death? A new kind of human being with a spirit animated by the Holy Spirit. A fresh start!
